For the second year in a row, Hedonist is producing a special, seasonal collection for pairing with wines from the eight wineries on the Keuka Lake Wine Trail in the Finger Lakes region of New York. This collection will be featured in the trail’s Truffles and Tastes event, February 13-14, 2010. You can order the Keuka Lake Wine Trail Collection on our website. Truffles include:
Bittersweet
Dark chocolate (72%) dusted with cocoa powder pairs with Meritage by Ravines Wine Cellars
Black Currant
Semi-sweet chocolate (55%) with black currants pairs with Eclipse

Dark Molasses
Dark chocolate (72%) with dark molasses pairs with Black Russian Red by McGregor Vineyard Winery.
Lemon Pepper
White chocolate with lemon zest and black pepper pairs with Vidal Blank Ice Wine by Hunt Country Vineyards.
Orange Ginger
Dark chocolate (72%) with orange zest, blood orange tea and ginger pairs with Cabernet Sauvignon by Dr. Frank’s Vinifera Wine Cellars.
Peanut Butter
Semi-sweet chocolate (55%) with Virginia peanuts pairs with Concord by Barrington Cellars.
Raspberry
Semi-sweet chocolate (55%) with raspberries pairs with Epic by
Keuka Spring Vineyards.
Rose Petal
White chocolate infused with rose buds pairs with Mae’s Rose by
