This is something we have been meaning to do for a while. This blog will provide us a venue to share our chocolate company with you. We plan to post about the chocolates we are making, ingredients we use, events we are hosting or attending, resources we like (both online and off), books we are reading, chocolate industry news that we find interesting and anything else that strikes our fancy. We hope you will find this blog to be a unique window into our artisan chocolate business.

We’re just getting started and posts may come slowly at first. Right now I’m in the process of customizing the look and feel of the blog to distinctive style. I won’t be publicizing the blog for a few months yet, but if you happen to stumble upon it, let us know what you think!
